The captives were reportedly freed shortly after in a counter-operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <em>Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR)<\/em> confirmed that military operations extended to multiple villages, including Balouza, Al-Fadliyah, Akoum, and border areas leading into Lebanon.
