They also reported destroying two armored vehicles, a tank, and seizing quantities of weapons and ammunition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The clashes erupted following an attack by the factions, supported by Turkish drones, on the Tishreen Dam and surrounding areas.
