The region has seen intensified violence, with Turkish-backed opposition factions blocking civilians\u2019 movements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sheikhmous Ahmed, Director of the Office of Displaced Persons and Refugees in the Self-Administration, told North Press on Monday that initial shelters have been established, including the municipal stadium in Tabqa and several schools.
