Security Council Resolution 2254 to achieve a political resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the document, the Moscow and Cairo platforms, together with the Riyadh platform, will work to empower the SNC as a constructive negotiating entity focused on direct talks rather than serving as a cover for any political faction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In late July, the SNC announced reforms to its internal bylaws.
