Security Council Resolution 2254, while working toward a free, democratic, and decentralized Syria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qaraman pointed out that reaching a broad national consensus on this inclusive identity would serve as a cornerstone for achieving stability and fostering collective progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She highlighted that the conference is being held at a pivotal historical moment, characterized by escalating regional tensions and conflicts.
