{"id":113811,"date":"2024-05-08T12:26:20","date_gmt":"2024-05-08T12:26:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=113811"},"modified":"2024-05-08T17:53:07","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T17:53:07","slug":"69-syrian-families-leave-hawl-camp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/113811\/","title":{"rendered":"69 Syrian families leave Hawl Camp"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) \u2013<\/strong> 69 Syrian families left on Wednesday Hawl Camp in Northeast Syria and headed to their areas in Deir ez-Zor Governorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Khabat Ito, director of the Relations Department at the Syrian Center for Studies and Dialogue (SCSD), and NGO operates in Northeast Syria, told North Press that 69 families, included 254 people, left the Hawl Camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said there would be another batch to leave the camp adding that the families were all from Deir ez-Zor Governorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SCSD official pointed out that they have been working on the process for four months in cooperation with U.S. programs and Information Managing Unit at Hawl Camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He indicated that after the evacuation of these families, 42,000 Syrian IDPs and Iraqi refugees now remain in the camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the first batch of the Syrian families that left the camp in 2024, while two batches of Iraqi families left the camp in 2024, one in March and the other in April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>By Dilsoz Youssef&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"69 Syrian families leave Hawl Camp \u2013 North Press\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/n9uyQRKryIM?wmode=transparent&amp;rel=0&amp;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) \u2013 69 Syrian families left on Wednesday Hawl Camp in Northeast Syria and headed to their areas in Deir ez-Zor Governorate.
