The number of coronavirus infections in Israel has increased to 5,591 cases, including 97 patients with a critical health condition and 79 others living on ventilators.
Israeli media sources said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will deliver a "significant" speech on Wednesday evening regarding developments in the outbreak of coronavirus.
"By the middle of this month, the crisis will be at its peak," said Bahaa Zaqqout, a Palestinian doctor who works at the Israeli hospital of "Tal Hashomer" in an interview with North-Press, on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, Israeli media said, that the plan to break out of coronavirus crisis, after the Jewish "Easter", includes the return of part of the workers, then two weeks later, to study the idea of reopening schools, in conjunction with instructions on how to use masks.

The TV channel also highlighted a statement attributed to the head of Israeli National Security Council, Meir Bin Shabat, in which he said: "After Corona, we will return to a different reality." In a sign that after the Jewish "Easter" and after completing all the preparations, it is possible to return to normal conditions, slowly and gradually.
