On Monday, the Turkish forces bombed the outskirts of Aouda camp of for Afrin IDPs in the village of al-Ziyarah in Sherawa district, south of Afrin, without any civilian casualties.
About 103 IDP families from Afrin region live in Aouda camp, according to the co-chairman of Afrin refugee camps coordinator in northern Aleppo countryside.
The Turkish forces also shelled the perimeter of a Syrian government checkpoint in the town of Deir Jamal in northern Aleppo countryside.
The Turkish bombardment coincides with the control of the Syrian government forces over several towns and villages in northern Aleppo countryside, and in conjunction with the withdrawal of the Turkish-backed armed opposition groups from those areas.
On Sunday, the Turkish military and its affiliated armed groups targeted the residential neighborhoods of Tal Rifaat, the villages of Maranaz, Malikiyah, Kafr Antoun, Kafr Naya, Sheikh Hilal, Madhanit al-Faisal, and the town of Deir Jamal in northern Aleppo countryside, in addition to targeting the forested area between the villages of Soghana and Aqiba in Sherawa district, south Afrin with 8 shells.
