In cooperation with the Directorate of Theaters in Manbij, the Culture and Arts Committee organized a theatrical performance entitled "No drugs", accompanied by the graduation of training courses in singing, drawing, playing and acting.
Several theatrical actors and actresses from the city of Manbij have participated in the theatrical performance, where the performance started playing some musical compositions by some trainees, followed by the theatrical performance, which shed light on the negative effects of drugs on young people, in the light of the absence of awareness among the people.
In this context, Wadha al-Jassem, an administrator in the Culture and Arts Committee explained in her interview with North-Press that they coordinated with the Directorate of Theaters and Arts to perform this theatrical work, which sent a message to the society and the young people regarding the seriousness of drug use and addiction.
Al-Jassem indicated that the theatrical work was accompanied by the graduation of a batch in playing, drawing, singing and acting courses, which took 6 months of training, as the number of graduates in the courses reached 10 people, stressing that they will continue to develop young talents and train them in order to develop and increase their skills.
Most of the paintings dealt with the topic of drugs and addiction and their consequences on the society to enhance the theoretical performance.
Adnan Sherbaw, a plastic artist and supervisor of the training of painting said that he trained a fan of painting to become a good-quality plastic artist, noting that the fan also participated in a number of paintings.
The General Directorate of Theater and Arts in Manbij has approximately 15 actors and actresses who perform all the theatrical performances, while the directorate continues to provide its cadres with more talents through training and work to develop their talents to be actors with good experience.
