Syria’s northwest counts 33 new coronavirus infections

IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – The Syrian Interim Government of the opposition Syrian National Council announced on Friday the recording of 33 new cases of coronavirus, three deaths, and 241 recoveries in Idlib and Aleppo countryside, northwest Syria. 

It indicated that it conducted tests for 354 suspected cases in its areas.

With the newly announced figures, the total number of coronavirus infections in the opposition-controlled areas in northwest Syria has risen to 92,319 including 2,256 deaths and 62,997 recoveries.
