Syria’s AANES employee is killed western countryside of Deir ez-Zor
DEIR EZ-ZOR, Syria (North Press) – Unidentified persons shot a staff member of the Deir ez-Zor Civil Council in Abu Khashab town in the western countryside of Syria’s Deir ez-Zor, on Saturday evening.
Local sources told North Press that unidentified persons shot the car of Aboud al-Muhemid, the coordinator in the Deir ez-Zor Civil Council, on the road to the town of Abu Khashab.
Al- Muhemid is from al-Kassreh town in the western countryside of Deir ez-Zor.
The countryside of Deir ez-Zor witnessed assassinations of employees of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES), members of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), the Internal Security Forces (Asayish), and notables from the tribes.
On January 18, the people of al-Shuhel town in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor found the body of an unidentified young man who lost his life by a gunshot near the bank of the Euphrates River.
