US to foster fairer global moral atmosphere, Biden’s victory speech

WASHINGTON, US,( North Press) – The former vice president took to the microphone in his hometown, on Saturday, to explain his plans to confront the dangerous challenges gripping the country in the midst of a pandemic that killed more than 235,000 American persons.

“Tonight, we recall our heroes, those fought so hard for so many years to foster a fairer global moral atmosphere,” said Joe Biden in the victory speech.

In his speech which promoted the most important campaign slogans for uniting the Americans, Biden avoided criticizing President Trump, saying: “I understand the disappointment tonight. I have lost a couple of times myself. But now, let’s give each other a chance.”

During his speech, Biden called all Americans to “Let this grim era of demonization in America begin to end here and now.”

US President-elect Joe Biden cited words from the Bible in his victory speech.

“The Bible tells us to everything there is a season, a time to build, a time to reap and a time to sow. And a time to heal. This is the time to heal in America.”

Biden referred to the reason of his seek to this office saying “I sought this office to restore the soul of America, to rebuild the backbone of this nation: the middle class. And to make America respected around the world again.”

While Kamala Harris, who is about to become the first female Vice President in the country’s history, started her speech with “We restore democracy.”

“And when our very democracy was on the ballot in this election, with the very soul of America at stake and the world watching, you ushered in a new day for America,” she said.

Kamala Harris thanked Joe Biden for being credited with choosing the first female Vice President in the United States.

“While I may be the first woman in this office, I will not be the last,” she added.

Kamala Harris, a former California attorney general, who makes history as the first woman, first Black woman, the first woman from South Asian descent, the first daughter of immigrants ever elected to this country, to hold the office of Vice President.

While Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were preparing for the victory speech, the celebration started all over the US, since thousands of Americans went out to streets dancing, celebrating and waving the American flags.

Celebrations also began near the White House on Saturday, while Trump was playing golf in Virginia, while returning with his motorcade past crowds celebrating his loss.

President Trump tweeted, announcing his victory in the legitimate votes in the elections.

But Fox News said it had learned from a source close to President Trump that he intended to admit defeat if he found all judicial paths blocked and unable to bring him back to the White House.

It was remarkable that European leaders blessed Joe Biden with warm words that reflect the hope that the historical relations between the poles of the Western alliance would return to their previous state.

President of the European Council, Charles Michel and president of the European Commission, Ursula Von Der Leyen congratulated on Saturday, the US President-elect Joe Biden on his victory.
