Turkish forces position heavy weapons in the new point south of Idlib

A military source of one of the armed Syrian opposition groups who preferred not to be named, stated to North-Press, on Thursday, that the Turkish forces positioned artillery and heavy weapons within the new military point in the al-Zawiya mountain, south of Idlib "in case of any emergency."
After a reconnaissance lasted for a long period, the Turkish forces established, on Wednesday, a new military point on the Nabi Younis Hill, the highest hill of Idlib, northwestern Syria, which is about 20km far from the areas under the control of the Syrian government.
North-Press reporter stated that a tank and 4 armored vehicles in addition to 2 bulldozers moved towards the hill on Wednesday to start establishing fortifications, while the number of the vehicles increased on Thursday morning.
The hill overlooks wide areas of Idlib and Hama's countryside, and is surrounded by cherry and olive trees.
The number of the Turkish military points in the area increased to 38 in the de-escalation zones, amid the continuation of the Turkish military reinforcement during the past period.
