Symposium in Kobani on the Syrian constitution and the Kurdish-Kurdish dialogue

“Future Syria Party” held a human rights dialogue symposium in the city of Kobani, which dealt with axes related to the constitution, decentralization, and the Kurdish-Kurdish dialogue.

The forum was attended by more than 50 figures from representatives of political parties, organizations and civil society activities, in addition to jurists, activists and intellectuals from the cities of Kobani, Manbij and Raqqa, in Roni War Lounge in the city center.

The head of Future Syria Party Ibrahim al-Qaftan, told North-Press: “The forum discussed three main axes (the constitution, the Kurdish-Kurdish dialogue, and decentralization of the government), noting that the party has previously held a similar forum in the city of Raqqa.

Al-Qaftan added: "The aim of holding the forum is to spread the culture of dialogue among all Syrians regarding the constitution, and recognizing all components, and focusing on the importance of pluralism, the system of decentralization in governance, and the role of the Syrian-Kurds in the new constitution.”
