Suspected Israeli airstrike hits Syria’s Homs

DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – An airstrike, suspected to be Israeli, hit on Monday the city of al-Qusayr in the southern countryside of Homs, central Syria.

Local media outlets reported that two explosions were heard in al-Qusayr, south of Homs.

The outlets said Israeli warplanes carried out two air raids; one next to al-Mousa fuel station between Maskanah and Dahiyat al-Assad, and one near al-Nabigha al-Zebyani school in the city of al-Qusayr.

The Syrian government has not commented on the incident yet. And no casualties have been reported.
