3 HTS militants, 1 Syrian soldier killed in mutual attacks in Idlib
IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – On Monday, areas in the eastern and southern countryside of Idlib, northwestern Syria, witnessed mutual attacks between Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and the Syrian government forces, resulting in the killing of members from both sides.
A military source told North Press that three HTS militants were killed in shelling by government forces on their outposts in the village of Fatterah in Zawiya Mountain, south of Idlib.
Meanwhile, HTS announced killing a government soldier by a sniper near the village of Tronba in the eastern countryside of Idlib.
Opposition platforms claimed that government forces shelled with rockets and artillery the surroundings of the town of al-Nayrab and the village of Maarat Aliya in the eastern countryside of Idlib.
